This is a cozy newly refurbished home, set in Appleby close to all amenities, and 100 yards from Appleby railway station. Looking down the street there is a lovely view over the river Eden, and Appleby town. The accommodation is for three people. Saturday is the change over day, but could be flexible in the quieter months. The TV is a new flat screen, with Free view. Small clean well behaved pets will be considered. We are a friendly couple and will do all we can to make your stay enjoyable.
